Before courier handoff
Email info@mysolena.com or call +961 78 760 514. Include your order reference and the name or email used at checkout.
We will check whether fulfilment can be stopped. A request is not a confirmed cancellation. If a courier booking is already underway, we may need to confirm its outcome first.
After handoff or payment
Once the courier has your order, we may be unable to stop delivery. Your rights after delivery are explained in the Refund and Returns Policy.
If a paid order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, we reimburse the amount due under applicable law and confirm the refund method.
