What we collect and why

• Accounts: your name, email, phone, optional date of birth and preferences, to provide sign-in and account features.
• Orders: items, contact and delivery details, notes, amounts and payment status, to manage purchases and delivery. We do not store a complete payment-card number.
• Messages: contact-form details and attachments, to answer your request.
• Optional features: Favorites, reviews and newsletter choices. Published reviews may show your submitted name, rating and comment.
• Site activity: essential technical information to operate and protect the website. With your optional analytics permission, page visits and product, cart and checkout events help us understand website use.

Fields marked as required are needed to complete the relevant request. Without them, we may not be able to create your account, process your order or answer your message. Newsletter signup and marketing permission are separate, optional choices.

Who receives information

We use service providers for website hosting, account access, file storage, email, analytics, payments and delivery. These include Google Firebase, Supabase, Vercel, Whish and iCarry. Email providers deliver order notifications and Contact support notifications to our team, using the details needed for each message. Contact support email includes your message and any attachment name, not the file or its access link. Some providers may store or process information outside Lebanon.

Our team also uses Telegram for notifications. When configured, these can include order and contact details, messages, newsletter signup details and links to submitted attachments. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

When enabled, Upstash processes request and IP information to limit abuse.

Browser storage and analytics

Your browser stores your cart, guest Favorites, sign-in session information and checkout recovery details so requested features work. Clearing this data may remove saved items or sign you out. Your privacy choice is remembered for up to six months using a cookie and browser storage.

Optional analytics stays off until you accept it. This includes Vercel page analytics and custom journey events stored with Firebase. Rejecting it does not disable cart, sign-in or requested Favorites. Use Privacy settings in the footer or here to change your choice. Turning it off stops subsequent optional tracking and removes our optional journey session identifiers from this browser; it does not delete earlier records.

This choice is separate from purchase acceptance, newsletter signup and marketing permission. Necessary security and order processing continue with either choice.

Retention and security

We keep information while needed for the purposes above and for legal or order-related records. Retention varies by record type. An attachment link expiring does not delete the file. We restrict access and use security controls, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter and the confirmation step shown. Contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to its use where applicable. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law. You can also use our Contact page.

Updates

We update this policy when our data handling changes. The date above identifies this version.
