Soléna is based in Beirut, Lebanon. Provide accurate details, keep your sign-in information private and do not misuse the website or another person’s account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Products and orders

Only products available for purchase can be ordered. Read product details, directions and the final label before use. Results vary; skincare descriptions are not medical advice.

Prices are shown in USD. Standard delivery within Lebanon costs USD $5.00. Delivery is automatically free only when the merchandise total after discounts is above USD $100.00. Review the delivery charge and final total at checkout before placing an order. Delivery is subject to address confirmation.

Checkout offers cash on delivery and online payment through Whish. Online orders remain pending until payment is confirmed. An order receipt does not mean the courier has accepted the delivery. If stock, payment or delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you about the order and any payment made.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. We do not promise a fixed delivery time or offer international delivery.
